In honor and loving memory of Jules, the Jules Gardner and Family Endowment for Patient Financial Assistance was established. With Jules' generosity and kindness, he envisioned a fund that would help support patients with gastrointestinal cancer and their families who are enduring financial hardship. His wish for this endowment was to focus specifically on non-medical needs such as rent, food, travel, helping to "fill the gap" for those less fortunate.

Jules was a loving husband, father, son, brother, nephew and friend. He lived an extraordinary life, both authentically and unapologetically. He etched himself into the hearts of everyone he met. It is with Jules' vivacious and generous spirit, we remember him.
