RASopathies Network

Who is the RASopathies Network?
The RASopathies Network is a non-profit dedicated to advancing research to improve the quality of life for RASopathies families by bringing together families, clinicians, and scientists. We have partnered with Penn to raise money for RASopathies research grants. To learn more go to http://rasopathiesnet.org
What are the RASopathies?
The RASopathies are a group of genetic syndromes caused by mutations in genes on the Ras-MAPK pathway. These syndromes, which include: Noonan (NS), cardio-facio-cutaneous (CFC), Costello (CS), Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), and LEOPARD/NSML, share many clinical features, including developmental delay, gastrointestinal difficulties, skeletal abnormalities, hematologic abnormalities, and growth delay.
Help Fund RASopathies Research
This grant will be awarded to academic researchers to initiate or advance RASopathies research - specifically cardio-facio-cutaneous (CFC), Costello (CS), LEOPARD/NSML, Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), and Noonan (NS) syndrome.
